Overview The posted position is for a rotating swing shift. Candidates must be willing to work overtime, weekends, holidays, or move to a 5-day shift, if required. Compensation The pay rate is $38.17/hour. As of June 1, 2026, the compensation will increase to $39.50/hour Saturdays are paid at time and one half Sundays are paid at double-time Benefits Previous experience credited towards vacation amounts with the ability to start with up to 4 weeks vacation Competitive insurance programs starting on 90th calendar day of employment Luvata Appleton LLC is a Wisconsin based company with three locations in the Fox River Valley. The successful candidate must have experience in the use of general machine shop equipment with proficiency in welding steel and cast iron, familiarity with the lathe, milling machine, surface grinder, and drill press, as well as all hand tools associated with a machine shop environment. Duties include: Rebuilding production equipment Inventory of spare parts Blue print reading Other duties as required Requirements Heavy lifting, Pushing and pulling Long term standing. Qualifications Four years prior manufacturing experience required. Journeyman/Journeywoman card is a preferred qualification, but other qualifications may be considered.
