Maintenance Supervisor

Packet Digital is hiring a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to support our growing advanced battery manufacturing operation. If you have strong industrial maintenance experience and enjoy solving problems on the floor, we want to hear from you. What You'll Do Lead maintenance for automated production equipment Support HVAC, dry-room, and facility systems Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control issues Drive preventive maintenance and reduce downtime Help install and commission new equipment Train and guide maintenance technicians What We're Looking For 5+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience Experience with automated equipment, PLC systems, or facility utilities Strong troubleshooting skills (mechanical/electrical) Ability to read technical drawings Leadership or supervisory experience preferred Nice to Have (Not Required) Battery, semiconductor, or high-tech manufacturing experience HVAC or dry-room systems knowledge PLC or SCADA experience Why Join Packet Digital Competitive PTO (starting at 130 hours) + 8 paid holidays Medical, dental, vision + 401(k) Growth opportunities in a fast-growing industry Relocation assistance available
