We are seeking an experienced CHPP Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at the Curragh Complex near Blackwater, Queensland. This key role will see you provide day to day leadership the maintenance team, ensuring planned and breakdown maintenance activities are carried out safely, efficiently and in line with operational priorities. Working closely with Operations, you'll coordinate daily maintenance activities, support your team in delivering planned work, and ensure work is completed in accordance with statutory and site requirements. Key Responsibilities Provide day to day supervision and leadership to CHPP maintenance crews. Coordinate planned and breakdown maintenance activities to support safe and reliable plant operation. Ensure work is completed in accordance with the SHMS, statutory requirements and site procedures. Allocate work, manage crew attendance and support the development of team capability. Complete quality shift prestart meetings, handovers and maintain accurate statutory records and documentation. Work closely with Operations and other stakeholders to deliver the scheduled maintenance plan. Identify and escalate maintenance issues while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Coach, mentor and team members to build capability and succession within the business. Lead and develop the CHPP maintenance team, fostering a strong safety and performance culture. About You To be successful in this role, you'll bring: An electrical or mechanical trade qualification Previous experience leading or supervising multidiscipline maintenance crews within a coal processing plant, mineral processing or a similar industry. Sound knowledge of maintenance execution, work management and safe work practices. Strong communication and organisational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple priorities.
