We’re looking for a hands-on Maintenance Technician to join our team on 3rd shift, keeping operations running smoothly and safely while driving innovation and efficiency across the plant.
This is for the 3rd Shift (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM).

Rotating 2-2-3 schedule:
- Week 1: Work 2 days, off 2 days, work 3 days.
- Week 2: Off 2 days, work 2 days, off 3 days.
Job Details
What You’ll Do
- Keep our production floor running strong by maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting equipment (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and more).
- Support continuous improvement by recommending changes to tooling, fixtures, and processes that improve quality and safety.
- Perform inspections, adjustments, and repairs on a wide range of manufacturing and support equipment.
- Champion safety by following lockout/tagout and OSHA standards 100% of the time.
- Collaborate with supervisors and teammates to ensure issues are resolved quickly and effectively.
- Play a critical role in ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and IATF 16949 standards.
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2-3+ years of maintenance experience in automotive or plastics manufacturing.
- Advanced troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and water systems.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics.
- Strong working knowledge of OSHA guidelines.
- Computer literacy with CMMS software (Fiix or similar) and Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Physical Requirements
- Stand for extended periods (3–4 hours at a time).
- Regularly lift and carry up to 55 lbs.
- Ability to push, pull, bend, and work in a physically active environment.
