As Manager, GLIMS Business Transformation, you will lead initiatives that modernize laboratory systems, improve business processes, and support the delivery of high-quality data and services that help improve lives worldwide. This is an office-first role. Working together in person supports close, real-time collaboration and team alignment, enabling us to deliver our best work. You will work primarily in the office, with the flexibility to work remotely for 20% of your time (one day per week). Improve laboratory processes by identifying opportunities to simplify and standardize workflows. Lead GLIMS implementation, configuration, and integration projects across global sites. Partner with laboratory, operations, quality, and IT teams to achieve business goals. Drive change management activities that support successful adoption of new processes and systems. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners. Ensure solutions meet regulatory, compliance, and data integrity requirements. What we are looking for Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific, technical, or business discipline, or equivalent experience. Experience leading business transformation, operational improvement, or technology initiatives. Knowledge of LIMS platforms or similar enterprise systems within regulated environments. Experience delivering complex projects and working across multiple functions. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to influence, collaborate, and drive change across global teams. Project management or change management certifications are an advantage.
