Manager of Quality Control

Responsibilities

Must have a good knowledge of:

∙ regulations and standards of the technological and quality characteristics of the production industry;

∙ order and requirements of performing technological exchange of materials and raw materials;

∙ computerized and other automated systems for performing technological control of the production process;

∙ self-discipline and responsibility to strictly follow the instructions and regulations of the company;

∙ honesty at the work place and while communicating with co-workers;

∙ ability to work with clients and be a team player within the company.

Qualifications

∙ Master’s degree in Engineering. Advantage will be given to applicants with a Quality Management degree;

∙ A minimum of 5 years of management experience of quality control in a production company;

. Experience in the automotive industry in a similar position is an advantage.

. Leadership skills;

. Team player;

. Excellent Bulgarian language is a must;

∙ Well trained and experienced in FMEA, TQC, APQP, QSA, MSA, SPC, TQM, QFD, 5S, POKE-YOKE, SIX SIGMA, PDPC and ISO 9001:2015;
