We are seeking a bilingual Manager to oversee multi-site warehouse and supply chain operations

supporting wind and solar energy projects across the United States.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse and logistics operations across multiple U.S. locations
• Lead warehouse managers, supervisors, technicians, and logistics providers
• Manage inventory, inbound and outbound material flow, and warehouse performance
• Develop logistics plans for critical, oversized, and specialized materials
• Launch and stabilize new warehouses and logistics hubs
• Evaluate new facility locations and negotiate with warehouse providers and suppliers
• Manage customer relationships, service commitments, budgets, and operating costs
• Ensure compliance with applicable warehouse regulations and company standards

Requirements

• Direct experience in renewable energy, including wind or solar operations
• 10+ years of warehouse, logistics, or supply chain experience
• 5+ years of management experience
• Multi-site warehouse leadership experience
• Experience with WMS and inventory-control systems
• Experience negotiating warehouse, supplier, or logistics agreements
• Professional working proficiency in English and Spanish
• Bachelor’s degree
• Willingness to travel up to 50%
