Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Manager Treasury to join our Treasury Operations -Global Finance Services Division. This is an exciting opportunity to play a critical role within the Global Treasury team, supporting the Centre of Excellence. The incumbent would lead a team of professionals while driving excellence in Treasury Operations, cash management, and process optimization across a global environment The preference for this role is to be based out of Ba ngalore, KA-India What you will do Oversee and manage day-to-day Global Treasury Operations activities Implement and strengthen cash management best practices and internal controls Build, lead, and develop high-performing teams Ensure accuracy, precision, and compliance across all treasury processes Apply cash management principles to effectively manage liquidity inflows and outflows Drive continuous improvement initiatives across treasury processes Collaborate effectively with global business units and cross-functional teams What you will have Skills & Competencies Strong business acumen with deep understanding of: End-to-end Treasury Operations Finance transformation Global business services Proven ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with global stakeholders Experience supporting cash management processes, preferably in a shared services environment Strategic mindset with a strong focus on execution and continuous improvement Demonstrated leadership, initiative, and problem-solving capability High level of integrity with strong attention to detail and accuracy Strong decision-making ability based on sound analysis and judgment Ability to contribute to: Operational plans (short-term) Tactical plans (1–2 years) Strategic plans (3–5 years) Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts Proven ability to build and maintain strong working relationships Microsoft 0ffice365: strong knowledge of main applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Power BI…) This position requires candidate to work a 5-day -a -week schedule in the office Others: Work Timings- 6:00PM -3.00 AM IST (America Shift) Moderate travel required (between 0% to 5% of working time).
