We're partnering with a leading industrial manufacturer that's investing in its people, technology, and operations. We're looking for a Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead engineering initiatives at a large-scale, 24/7 manufacturing facility.

This is an opportunity to drive continuous improvement, optimize manufacturing processes, and lead a team that's focused on improving safety, reliability, and production performance.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the Manufacturing Engineering team.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives across the facility.
• Improve manufacturing processes to increase safety, quality, reliability, and productivity.
• Partner with Operations, Maintenance, Reliability, and EHS to solve complex manufacturing challenges.
• Support capital projects, equipment upgrades, and process improvements.
• Analyze production data to reduce downtime and improve overall plant performance.
• Develop and standardize manufacturing processes and best practices.
• Mentor engineers while building a culture of innovation and operational excellence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or a related Engineering discipline.
• Experience leading manufacturing engineering teams in a heavy industrial or continuous manufacturing environment.
• Strong background in Lean Manufacturing, process optimization, and root cause analysis.
• Experience supporting capital projects and improving manufacturing operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
