Troubleshoot process equipment, evaluate results, and recommend appropriate solutions. Contribute to environmental monitoring, safety initiatives, and risk assessment activities. Prepare, review, and maintain manufacturing documentation, including batch records and SOPs. Support investigations, deviations, change controls, and CAPA activities. Participate in equipment commissioning and capital investment projects. Train and support manufacturing personnel on equipment operation and standard manufacturing practices. What we are looking for Education in Biotechnology, Biology, Biochemical Engineering, or a related life sciences discipline. Experience in biopharmaceutical manufacturing, including microbial or mammalian cell culture and/or protein purification. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a regulated environment. Collaborative mindset with strong communication and teamwork skills. Fluency in English; German language skills are an advantage. Understanding of GMP principles and pharmaceutical manufacturing practices is beneficial. Willingness to work in a 4-shift operation.
