The Maintenance Advisor provides senior technical expertise and assurance for FPSO marine and utility systems, ensuring safe, compliant, and reliable operation of the Terra Nova FPSO asset. This role acts as a key onshore authority supporting offshore execution, strengthening engineering discipline, and driving system integrity, reliability improvements, and risk reduction in a harsh offshore environment. Support offshore during critical operations, including start-up, shutdown, offloading, and turnaround (TA) events. Review and endorse temporary repairs, engineering deviations, and operating procedures. Although this role is predominantly an onshore assignment working in the Suncor Office in St John’s, this role may be expected to provide occasional offshore coverage in the role of Chief Marine Engineer onboard the Terra Nova FPSO Location and other Key details: This role is located onshore in St. John’s, NL You will work a Monday to 40 hour work week, 8 hour days Periodic offshore travel will be necessary, and the successful candidate will be expected to provide offshore coverage for First-Class Marine Engineer positions when required Think we are a fit?
