What You'll Do Diagnostics & Repair Diagnose and repair outboard engines, inboard systems, and marine components Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and major mechanical repairs Conduct inspections, testing, and sea trials to ensure quality workmanship Rigging & Installation Complete engine installations, repowers, and OEM rigging Install controls, steering systems, electronics, trolling motors, and marine accessories Perform electrical, mechanical, and performance upgrades to manufacturer standards Service Department Support Communicate repair recommendations with Service Advisors Maintain accurate repair documentation and labor operations Keep a clean, organized, and safe work environment Identify additional repair or maintenance opportunities that improve customer satisfaction Requirements What We're Looking For 5+ years of marine technician experience (dealership experience preferred) Mercury, Yamaha, Suzuki, Honda, or MerCruiser certifications strongly preferred MMI graduates encouraged to apply Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities Experience with mechanical, electrical, and rigging systems Productive, dependable, and detail-oriented Team-oriented with a positive, growth-focused attitude Valid driver's license required Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly compensation based on experience $100K+ earning potential for experienced A-Level Technicians Up to $10,000 in Signing Bonus and/or Relocation Assistance for qualified candidates Factory training and multi-brand certification opportunities 401(k) with company match Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance Paid time off and holidays Employee discounts Advancement opportunities throughout the Outdoor Network family Schedule Full-time position Monday through Saturday Sundays always off One weekday off Overtime opportunities available during peak boating season Ready to Join a Growing Team?
