Bring that mission to life by overseeing the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives that support system priorities, service lines, providers, clinics and recruitment efforts. As the Manager of Marketing, you will guide campaigns from concept through evaluation, using data and best practices to measure success and continuously improve outcomes. You’ll collaborate closely with partners across Communications, Talent Acquisition and the broader organization to protect and grow a trusted brand and position Community as a leader in healthcare and a desired employer. Qualifications Education & Experience Bachelor's Degree in Journalism, Advertising, Public Relations, Marketing, Business or related field required High School Diploma, High School Equivalency (HSE) or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate and an additional 4 years of related experience may be substituted for Bachelor's Degree and experience requirement 7 years of professional communications, marketing or related experience required Prior management experience preferred Disclaimers • Pay ranges listed are an estimate and subject to change.• If any bonuses are noted, they are only applicable to external hires meeting criteria.
