Moon Kids is a UAE-based children's space design, furniture manufacturing, supply, and installation company, founded in Abu Dhabi in 2011. We operate across two divisions: Moon Kids Home, serving residential clients, and our commercial division, serving nurseries, schools, hotels, developers, and architects.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are hiring a Marketplace & CRM Executive to take full ownership of our third-party marketplace channel and support our Marketing Manager on CRM campaign execution. This is a hands-on, commercially driven role for someone who wants to own a revenue channel end-to-end, from vendor relationships and listings through to sales growth, with the opportunity to help shape our expansion into the wider GCC over time.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own end-to-end marketplace strategy and execution across core vendor platforms including Mumzworld, Noon, Amazon.ae, and Home Centre, including identifying and onboarding new third-party platforms
• Manage product listings across all platforms: creation, content optimization, pricing, and catalogue accuracy
• Plan and run on-platform marketing and promotions (sponsored placements, deals, campaigns) to drive visibility and sales
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with marketplace account managers and platform partners to unlock better placement, terms, and growth opportunities
• Own marketplace sales performance, tracking revenue and growth against targets across all platforms
• Support the Marketing Manager with CRM marketing execution, including WhatsApp broadcast campaigns and email marketing campaigns
• Coordinate with the marketing and warehouse/logistics teams to ensure inventory availability and fulfillment accuracy across marketplaces
• Contribute to future expansion of our marketplace presence into new GCC territories as the channels grow

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Proven, hands-on experience managing marketplace or vendor accounts, ideally within a UAE company, on platforms such as Mumzworld, Noon, Amazon, or similar — no specific degree required, we care about results and experience over credentials
• A track record of growing marketplace sales and negotiating effectively with platform account managers or partners
• Experience with CRM/email marketing tools (e.g. Mailchimp) and WhatsApp business broadcast platforms (e.g. Wati) is a strong plus
• Comfortable operating across both e-commerce operations (listings, catalogue, pricing) and marketing execution (campaigns)
• Commercially minded, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning a channel end-to-end
