Responsibilities include: Managing HVAC and mechanical construction scopes Supporting budgets, forecasting, and cost control Driving change-order strategy and execution Coordinating subcontractors, field leadership, and project teams Managing RFIs, submittals, procurement, and equipment buyout Supporting project schedules and execution strategy Building strong relationships with superintendents, foremen, and craft labor Helping maintain project profitability and client satisfaction What Makes Someone Successful Here The strongest candidates typically come from a mechanical subcontractor environment and understand how contractor-side projects are actually executed in the field. We're especially interested in professionals who have experience with: HVAC construction Mechanical piping Chilled water systems Central plants Mechanical infrastructure Major equipment installations Design-build construction Large commercial or industrial projects Experience in airport, healthcare, mission-critical, utility, or similar technically complex environments is highly valued. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Los Angeles, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $130000.00 - $180000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
