The Impact You’ll Make in this Role As a Meeting Planner, Medical Education you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: How you will make an impact Plan and execute Medical Education programs from pre-event planning through post-event closeout, ensuring timelines, budgets, stakeholder needs, and learner experience expectations are met. Coordinate end-to-end meeting logistics , including venue support, room sets, attendee communications, transportation, housing, onsite materials, signage, and vendor deliverables. Manage audiovisual, production, and technology requirements to support faculty presentations, hybrid/virtual components, hands-on education, and high-quality attendee engagement. Partner with internal stakeholders and external suppliers on food and beverage planning, menu selection , dietary needs, guarantees, onsite execution, reconciliation, and cost controls. Use Cvent and related event tools to build registration workflows, manage attendee data, support communications, monitor program readiness, and maintain documentation aligned with healthcare compliance requirements. Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND Five (5) years of meeting planning, event operations, medical education, or project coordination experience in a private, public, government, or military environment OR High School Diploma/GED or higher AND Nine (9 ) years of meeting planning, event operations, medical education, or project coordination experience in a private, public, government, or military environment Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: Experience coordinating meeting logistics, audiovisual requirements, food and beverage planning, hotel/venue operations, and supplier deliverables for live, hybrid, or virtual events. Experience using Cvent or comparable event management, registration, attendee communication, or reporting tools. Experience supporting healthcare, medical education, life sciences, or similarly regulated programs where compliance, documentation, and stakeholder approvals are required. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously, communicate proactively, solve onsite issues, and maintain accurate program documentation. Experience supporting Healthcare Professional (HCP) education programs, advisory boards, bioskills labs, clinical training programs, or professional education events. Experience with healthcare compliance requirements related to HCP interactions, transfer-of-value tracking, attendee documentation, supplier management, and program record retention. Cvent certification, Certified Meeting Professional (CMP), Healthcare Meeting Compliance Certificate (HMCC), Project Management Professional (PMP), or related credential. Strong project management, attention to detail, stakeholder management, budget tracking, problem-solving, and written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently while partnering across Medical Education, Marketing, Sales, Compliance, Legal, Procurement, Finance, and external suppliers. Work location Remote - USA Travel May include up to 40 % domestic travel , with occasional international travel depending on program needs. Relocation Assistance May be authorized. Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $96,000 - $132,000, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
