Mechanical Project Manager – Large Projects (Texas Travel)

Our client, a leading mechanical contractor, is seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to oversee large-scale commercial and industrial HVAC and plumbing projects throughout Texas. This role is ideal for a leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, has a proven track record managing complex mechanical construction projects, and is flexible with travel across the state to support project success. You'll work alongside top industry professionals while driving safety, quality, schedule, and financial performance from preconstruction through closeout.

Responsibilities:

• Manage large-scale mechanical construction projects across Texas.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships.
• Coordinate with field teams to ensure safe and efficient project execution.
• Lead project meetings and resolve challenges proactively.
• Monitor project financials, change orders, and forecasting.
• Travel as needed to support active projects statewide.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of mechanical project management experience.
• Experience managing large commercial, industrial, or mission-critical projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability and willingness to travel throughout Texas as needed.
