Role Description
This full-time, remote Migration Facilitator role involves supporting clients through each stage of their Australian education and migration journey. Day-to-day tasks include conducting online consultations, assessing eligibility, and advising on study, work, and settlement pathways based on current regulations and policies. The role requires preparing and reviewing documentation, coordinating application and visa submissions, and maintaining accurate records in internal systems. Migration Facilitators respond to client inquiries, provide updates on application progress, and liaise with education providers or relevant stakeholders as needed. The position also involves staying current with migration and education policy changes, contributing to process improvements, and working closely with colleagues to ensure a high-quality, consistent client experience.
Qualifications
Strong client advisory skills, including empathetic communication, active listening, and the ability to explain complex processes clearly.
Experience with education and migration pathways, such as course selection guidance, university admissions, or visa application support.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple cases, deadlines, and documentation requirements.
Proficiency with digital tools, remote collaboration platforms, and basic data management or CRM systems.
Attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing forms, evidence, and compliance-related documents.
