What You’ll Get $100,000 to $110,000 annual salary 10% annual target bonus Overtime eligibility 80% employer paid health, dental, and vision coverage 6% dollar for dollar 401(k) match Relocation assistance of $10,000 to $15,000 with a 2-year agreement 2 to 3 months of temporary housing or reimbursement Paid time off and holidays Stable, full-time role with long-term career growth Ongoing technical and leadership development Why Leaders Choose This Role Direct impact on production uptime and operational success Lead a skilled maintenance team in a high-performance environment Work in a stable, long-term underground mining operation Strong collaboration with operations and planning teams Opportunity to grow into higher-level leadership roles On-site role based in Mullan, Idaho with relocation support available Open to candidates willing to relocate from Nevada, Arizona, Utah, Wyoming, Colorado, Montana, Minnesota, Missouri, West Virginia, Kentucky, Pennsylvania, Texas, and Florida What You’ll Do Lead mobile fleet maintenance operations on-site in Mullan, Idaho Supervise and direct maintenance crews Plan and oversee preventive and reactive maintenance Coordinate with operations to maximize uptime Manage work orders, scheduling, and CMMS tracking Monitor parts inventory and equipment performance Enforce safety, quality, and productivity standards Support continuous improvement and operational efficiency What You Need 3–5+ years of maintenance experience in mining or heavy equipment Prior leadership or supervisory experience Strong knowledge of diesel, hydraulic, and electrical systems Experience with underground or surface equipment Proficiency with CMMS systems Ability to lead teams and manage priorities Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work rotating 13-hour shifts (4/4–5/5 schedule) Willingness and ability to work on-site in Mullan, Idaho with relocation assistance provided Hiring Process Apply today Quick phone screen Interview Start date Hecla Limited is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
