Who will you be working with?

• Total remuneration package up to AUD $140,000 (experience dependent)

What will you be doing?

• Assess vehicle damage and determine appropriate repair methods and costs
• Review repair estimates, quotes and supporting documentation
• Build strong relationships with repairers and internal stakeholders
• Negotiate fair, commercial and timely claim outcomes
• Manage a portfolio of motor claims from assessment through to resolution
• Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the claims proces

What do you need?

• MITO Certificate III qualification as a Panel Beater or Automotive Spray Painter
• Minimum five years' post-apprenticeship trade experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Confident using computers and learning new systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• New Zealand citizenship or Australian working rights under the Trans-Tasman agreement
