Design and develop small craft vessels with a focus on composite materials and integrated systems Create and supervise 3D and 2D technical drawings and documentation compliant with Classification Societies and project specifications Collaborate with engineering, production, and procurement teams to ensure design feasibility and compliance Analyze structural performance and conduct stability and strength assessments using FEM and other relevant methods Participate in design reviews, technical meetings, and coordination with suppliers and subcontractors Support the development and optimization of composite construction techniques and materials usage Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering, or related field Proven experience in design of small craft vessels, preferably with composite materials Strong knowledge of composite materials, their properties, and application in marine vessels Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., Rhino, AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and FEM analysis tools Experience with Classification Societies’ rules and maritime standards Ability to create and review technical documentation for production and classification Good communication skills and fluency in English Employment contract or B2B contract Bonus for recommending qualified candidates Relocation allowance Opportunity to join additional life insurance Private health care Multisport card Opportunities for professional development and skill enhancement
