What You Can Expect Global expertise with personalised support End-to-end guidance through visa, licensure, relocation, and onboarding Partnerships with leading hospitals and healthcare providers Focus on long-term success About the Role We are seeking experienced, compassionate, and adaptable NICU Registered Nurses to join a respected health system in Alaska, on a three-year contract. As a NICU RN, you will provide specialised, high-acuity care to premature and critically ill newborns, supporting them through their most vulnerable moments. The facility is known for advanced neonatal services, excellent nurse-to-patient ratios, and a strong commitment to clinical excellence. Key Responsibilities Deliver specialised, evidence-based care to premature and critically ill infants Monitor vital signs, oxygenation, ventilator settings, and respond rapidly to changes Administer medications, IV fluids, and nutritional support Collaborate with neonatologists, respiratory therapists, and multidisciplinary teams Perform neonatal resuscitation and manage emergencies such as sepsis or respiratory distress Educate and support families on infant care, feeding, and discharge planning Maintain accurate documentation in line with hospital policies and regulatory standards Requirements Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) NCLEX-RN passed (or actively preparing) English proficiency (certification or native fluency) Minimum 24 months of recent NICU acute care experience Willingness to relocate to Alaska for at least three years What We Offer Competitive pay: $45–$65 USD per hour (based on experience and specialty) Comprehensive U.S. benefits: Medical, dental, and vision coverage Visa sponsorship & immigration support Relocation package valued up to $20,000 (USD), including: Paid flights and airport transfers Hotel accommodation on arrival Credentialing and licensure support Competitive sign-on bonus Three months of free accommodation Our Commitment Espirita is committed to fostering an inclusive, respectful, and diverse workplace.
