This opportunity offers a balanced mix of outpatient consultations, elective and urgent surgical procedures, and inpatient care, supported by a fully integrated, multidisciplinary team. Perform a broad range of neurosurgical procedures based on training and clinical expertise. Provide both inpatient and outpatient neurosurgical care. Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary care teams. Interpret imaging and diagnostic studies to guide clinical decision-making. Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation within the EMR. Participate in shared call coverage and collaborate with colleagues to ensure continuity of patient care. Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, mentorship, research, or leadership opportunities as desired. Qualifications Required MD or DO from an accredited medical school Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurosurgery Active Arizona medical license or eligibility to obtain licensure Eligible for hospital privileges Strong clinical and surgical skills with a commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care Preferred Fellowship training in a neurosurgical subspecialty (Spine, Cerebrovascular, Functional, Skull Base, Pediatrics, or similar) Experience practicing in a multidisciplinary or integrated healthcare environment Interest in clinical research, physician leadership, or resident education About the Practice This physician-owned neurosurgical practice in Phoenix is recognized for delivering advanced, evidence-based neurosurgical care while maintaining a collaborative, patient-centered culture.
