Depending on the team you join, your responsibilities may vary. You can expect to: Communicate with customers via phone, chat and email Answer questions and troubleshoot technical issues Follow up on cases and make sure they are resolved efficiently Escalate more complex issues when needed Build strong and professional relationships with customers and partners Work towards individual and team targets Follow standard diagnostic procedures and find effective solutions Exchange ideas and solutions with your international colleagues And of course, do your best to turn every customer into a happy customer!
