Role Description The Now Hiring: H1B Transfer Candidates Across Multiple Technologies role is a full-time, on-site position based in Plainsboro, NJ. In this role, team members will work on client-focused IT projects across various technology stacks, including analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation of business solutions. Daily responsibilities may include collaborating with cross-functional teams, gathering and refining requirements, preparing technical and functional documentation, and supporting the deployment and maintenance of systems. Professionals in this position will interact with clients to understand business needs, propose technology-based improvements, and ensure solutions are aligned with organizational goals. The role also involves continuous learning and adaptation to new tools, frameworks, and methodologies in line with evolving project demands.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, evaluate business processes, and support decision-making.
• Candidates should possess expertise in Transfer Pricing and related financial analysis to support compliant and efficient cross-border transactions.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to collaborate with teams, document work clearly, and interact effectively with clients.
• Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Finance to understand business drivers, budgeting, and project cost implications.
• Candidates should possess solid Accounting skills to support accurate reporting, compliance, and coordination with financial teams.
• Experience working in IT consulting or technology-driven environments, with the ability to quickly learn new tools or platforms.
• Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree in a quantitative, business, technology, or related field.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a structured, on-site environment and manage multiple priorities across projects.
• Prior industry experience in medium or large enterprises and familiarity with U.S. business practices are beneficial.
