Nurse Practitioner – $130k | Outpatient | Flexible 4 Day Workweek

An established physician-owned private pediatric practice in Lafayette, Indiana is hiring a PNP, CPNP, or PA-C for a four-day workweek outpatient role seeing 20–25 patients per day from newborn through age 22. No after-hours call, no hospital call, no newborn nursery. One evening clinic per week until 7:00 PM and one Saturday morning per month from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Small team, Medicaid-heavy community panel, no procedures required, and a compensation package that includes sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, $2,000 CME allowance, and malpractice fully covered.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive pediatric primary care from newborn through age 22
• Perform well-child visits and same-day sick visits across a panel of 20–25 patients per day
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic pediatric conditions
• Educate patients and families on preventive care, growth and development, and healthy lifestyle habits
• Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
• Collaborate closely with the physician owner and fellow providers

Qualifications

Required:

• Board certified PNP-BC, CPNP, or PA-C
• Eligible for Indiana APRN or PA licensure
• Active DEA registration or ability to obtain before start
• Strong communication skills with children and families
• Genuine team orientation; small practice, collaboration is not optional

Preferred:

• 2+ years of pediatric clinical experience; right new graduate considered
• FNP with substantial pediatric experience welcome
• Interest in building a long-term career with a growing practice

Schedule & Compensation

• $120,000–$130,000/year | Sign-on bonus + relocation assistance available
• Full-time | Four days per week | Approximately 32 clinical hours
• One evening clinic per week until 7:00 PM
• One Saturday morning per month, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM
• No after-hours call | No hospital call | No newborn nursery
