We are now seeking skilled, safety-focused Local Company Drivers to join our Oakland port drayage operations. Position Summary The Company Driver (Port Drayage) is responsible for safe, on-time, and efficient transport of containers between the Port of Oakland and destinations within a 300~ 400-mile round trip radius in the East Bay area. This position offers home daily schedules, competitive hourly pay, and the opportunity to work with state-of-the-art clean energy trucks. Key Responsibilities Operate a Class A commercial vehicle to transport containers between the Port of Oakland and local/regional destinations. Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections in compliance with FMCSA/DOT requirements. Maintain accurate driver logs, trip sheets, and required paperwork. Safely navigate port facilities and comply with all port regulations. Ensure timely and professional communication with dispatch and operations teams. Safely operate company-owned chassis and equipment. Handle basic cargo securement and equipment checks as needed. Adhere to company safety policies and all applicable federal/state regulations.
