Yakima Valley Farm Workers Clinic (YVFWC) is a large, stable Federally Qualified Health Center with a long track record of supporting high‑performing physicians. We provide full-spectrum OB/GYN care to a largely migrant and Latino population, pairing complex, high-impact clinical work with strong infrastructure, robotic-assistedsurgery, and administrative support designed to keep physicians practicing—rather than documenting.

The Practice
- Established OB/GYN service line with high patient demand
- Mixed OB + GYN care with continuity of patients
- Robotic-assisted gynecologic surgery

Your Care Team (You Are Not Doing This Alone)
OB/GYNs at YVFWC practice within a
robust, multidisciplinary care model that supports both medical and social complexity:
- Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) supporting prenatal and gynecologic care
- Certified Bilingual Medical Assistants
- Behavioral Health Consultants (BHCs) integrated into clinic flow
- Social Workers and Care Coordinators addressing social drivers of health
- Registered Dietitians
- Lactation Consultants
- Internal referrals to pediatrics, family medicine, dental, pharmacy, and specialty services across the YVFWC system
This structure allows physicians to focus on clinical decision‑making, surgery, and relationship‑based care—while the broader team supports patient outcomes.
Provider Support & Technology
We actively invest in tools and staffing to reduce documentation burden and support physician sustainability:
- AI-powered ambient scribe technology to reduce after‑hours charting
- Epic EMR with standardized templates and optimization support
- In‑basket workflows supported by clinical teams
- Administrative and operational leadership focused on removing non‑clinical burden
The expectation is not that physicians “do more hours,” but that they practice efficiently with the right support.
Hospital, Call & Clinical Environment
- Call covered at MultiCare Memorial Hospital (Yakima)
- Typical call rotation is approximately 1:6
- Access to OR resources, including robotic platforms
- Clinic operations designed to support care teams—not physician overextension
Position Details
- Proudly serving a largely migrant and Latino community.
- Certified bilingual Medical Assistant dedicated to assisting in translation and patient care.
- Call schedule will be covered at MultiCare Memorial Hospital in Yakima, WA
- EMR system is EPIC.
- Clinic Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 8:00 pm, Saturday, 9:00 am - 4:00 pm.
Position Highlights
- $376k annual compensation
- New Hire Guarantee
- Hiring Bonus of $30k
- Relocation allowance of $20k.
- $2k monthly resident stipend commencing the month after you sign contract.

Additional Compensation Opportunities
Physicians may further increase earnings through optional, compensated roles, including:
- WRVU productivity incentives beyond base expectations
- Quality incentive payments tied to defined preventive care and outcomes metrics
- Teaching and precepting stipends for physician and APP training programs
- PA‑C supervision compensation
- Clinical mentorship and leadership stipends
- Participation in medical leadership or committee work, if desired
Physicians can shape both scope and income over time.
Student Loan Repayment
- Monthly student loan payments covered for 60 months
- On the 61st month, remaining balance paid off in full
- Compatible with NHSC and Washington Health Corps
