Location: Geisinger Wyoming Valley (GWV) Shift: Rotation (United States of America) Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Worker Type: Regular Exemption Status: Yes Job Summary: Geisinger, one of the premier tertiary medical systems on the east coast, serving the northeast and central Pennsylvania regions, is recruiting an OBGYN Generalist to join the team at Geisinger Wyoming Valley Medical Center in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY: • Join a robust team of OBGYN physicians, Laborists, Midwives and Advanced Practice Providers • Enjoy a balance of obstetrics and gynecology • Clinic is every other business day (approximately 11 days/month) • Five days of on-call per month/24-hour shifts plus a recovery day following call • Midwives available 12 hours per day • Average of 2,000 deliveries per year; supported by a level III NICU • Competitive straight salary model plus recruitment incentives • Excellent benefits package, including Malpractice & Tail coverage • A 5% employer contribution to 401(k) retirement plan • Relocation – two options to choose from • $4,500 for CME Job Duties: Interested in OB Laborist opportunities also?
