About The Role

Are you a compassionate and experienced Occupational Health and Mental Health Nurse looking to make a real difference? We're seeking a motivated professional to join our Occupational Health team and play a key role in supporting the health, wellbeing and inclusion of our colleagues.

As our Occupational Health & Mental Health Nurse, you will deliver specialist occupational health and mental health assessments, provide early intervention and case management, and support workplace adjustments that enable colleagues to thrive at work. Working closely with Occupational Health colleagues, HR, Student Wellbeing and external healthcare providers, you'll help deliver evidence-based, person-centred support that promotes sustainable return to work and positive wellbeing outcomes.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the continued development of our Occupational Health Service. You'll support clinical governance, champion neuro-inclusive and disability-inclusive practice, develop innovative wellbeing pathways, and work in partnership with internal and external stakeholders to improve colleague health and organisational outcomes.
