$85,000 – $110,000 + super + bonus
I’m currently working with a growing rehabilitation provider that is looking for an Occupational Therapist to join their Canberra team as a Rehabilitation Consultant.
This is a great opportunity for an OT who is looking to move into occupational rehabilitation, or an experienced Rehab Consultant looking for a supportive team and a long-term career pathway.

About the role
You’ll work with a varied caseload, supporting injured workers through their rehabilitation and return-to-work journey. This will involve conducting assessments, developing rehabilitation plans, coordinating treatment and working closely with employers, insurers, medical professionals and other stakeholders.
You’ll also have the opportunity to develop your skills in occupational rehabilitation with the support of an experienced team around you.
About you
You’ll ideally be an Occupational Therapist with AHPRA registration who is genuinely interested in moving into occupational rehabilitation.
You could be:
- An experienced OT looking for a change from traditional clinical work
- An Occupational Rehabilitation Consultant already working in the industry
- An international OT looking for an Australian opportunity with sponsorship
- Someone looking for a long-term pathway within the rehabilitation space
