Occupational Therapist Team Leader

As a Site Team Leader at Better Rehab , you’ll play a key part in supporting our clinicians within your site while continuing to manage your own independent caseload. We’ve just moved into our brand-new office near Bankstown Airport and are excited to grow our dynamic team! We’re a friendly, supportive group with a strong mix of early professional careers and new graduates, and we’re now looking for experienced OTs who can bring their strengths in supervision, or who have a real interest in developing those skills to help guide and support our early-career clinicians. With offsite supervisors already in place, we’re after practitioners who can be confident leaders in the room, fostering strong collaboration, idea sharing, and day-to-day support. You’ll help create a great site culture, support the onboarding and offboarding of team members, provide supervision to Allied Health Assistants and be a go‑to person for day‑to‑day staff queries and site‑level support. Day-to-day you will: Conduct meaningful assessments and design impactful therapy plans in diverse environments, from participants' homes to day centres, parks, and even at the beach Build enduring relationships with clients and witness the lasting impact of your work.
