Role: Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in a Skilled Nursing Facility or Long-Term Care setting.
Responsibilities: Assist in delivering occupational therapy treatments under supervision, implement personalized care plans focusing on functional goals, collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes, maintain accurate documentation to meet regulatory standards, and obtain up-to-date physician orders.
Qualifications: Associate’s degree from an AOTA-accredited program, current state license as a COTA, NBCOT certification if required, and strong communication and organizational skills. New graduates are welcome with mentorship opportunities available.
