Operational Psychologist (TS/SCI) - U.S. Air Force Human Performance, Germany Relocation

Support one of the U.S. Air Force's premier operational Human Performance programs in Germany. Advise Wing and Group leadership and help elite tactical professionals optimize readiness, resilience, and cognitive performance (roughly 90% operational, 10% clinical). Location: Ramstein Air Base, Germany (on-site). We are recruiting U.S.-based professionals with an active TS/SCI clearance who are ready to relocate. Relocation assistance and full OCONUS living support provided. Compensation: Base salary $250,000 to $282,000, plus employer-supported housing, cost-of-living and post-differential support, home-leave, relocation, and full benefits. U.S. citizens working overseas may qualify for the Foreign Earned Income Exclusion, which can meaningfully improve after-tax take-home (eligibility varies; consult a tax advisor).
