Legal Entity: Honda Federal Credit Union Business Unit: Honda Federal Credit Union Department: Operations Division: 1CU Work Location: Honda Federal Credit Union - Marysville, OH State Route 739 Location Shift: 1st Workstyle: Remote Eligible up to 20% Career Level: 2 Job Grade: Non-Exempt-5 (NE5) Job Purpose The Operations Analyst role works with vendors to resolve system issues and is a subject matter expert on a variety of projects for member service systems and procedures. The Operations Analyst assists HFCU staff with issues pertaining to member accounts, HFCU services and system. Key Accountabilities Product/system quality control – Monitor system performance to ensure end user experience is optimal Digital banking support – monitor systems to ensure availability to end users, take immediate action when made aware of system issues. Test and approve release of new features or application updates to ensure digital banking services are kept current Troubleshooting system anomalies or failures – work with appropriate support groups and business partners to make services available to end users as soon as possible Episys system release management – communicate new items to applicable departments and coordinate testing of features prior to the release being moved to the live environment, own the testing for any items impacting the member service team Qualifications, Experience, and Skills High School diploma required Three to five years in a financial services environment In-depth knowledge of HFCU systems such as Symitar, Akcelerant, Action, etc. In depth knowledge of HFCU policies and procedures Proficient in both verbal and written communication Project experience a plus What differentiates Honda and make us an employer of choice?
