Our mission is to underwrite superintelligence. We red-team, certify, and insure agents - working with AI category leaders like ElevenLabs, Lovable, Harvey, UiPath, and Fin.
Soon, agents will take on critical work in hospitals, banks and governments. This could create abundance - or go terribly wrong. History teaches us that standards and insurance are capitalism’s best tools for making risk legible and shaping incentives.
We’ve built the gold standard for agent security & reliability, AIUC-1, with 100+ CISOs from the Fortune 1000. The Role
We're looking for someone who can be the operational backbone of AIUC and own how the business runs from first principles – insourcing the core operations we're currently stitching together,, building the systems and financial controls a fast-scaling company needs, and removing friction and bottlenecks wherever you find it and gear us for growth.
In Practice This Means, You Will
- Insource and own core operations — bring the operational infrastructure, systems and processes that keep AIUC running in-house (vendors, contractors, legal, HR, etc)
- Centralize spend and financial controls — consolidate vendors and spend, put controls in place, and create visibility into where money goes.
- Support recruiting and people ops — help the team hire and onboard well as we grow headcount across functions.
- Run strategic finance and reporting — own board reporting, financial planning, and the numbers leadership runs the company on.
- Drive efficiency across the org — identify where the company is losing time or money and design the fix; turn unstructured problems into structured, durable systems.
What We're Looking For
Someone who wants to deliver real impact and ownership. We think you’ll be successful if you have:
- 6–10 years of experience, ideally having owned operations at a high-growth startup and seen scaling pains firsthand — or a top-tier generalist (consulting, finance, operating) we trust to learn ops fast.
- A killer smart generalist: analytical, detail-obsessed, obsessive about efficiency, with a relentless work ethic.
- Reasons from first principles and is just as comfortable going from a blank page to a concrete plan as executing it.
- Moves with urgency and communicates with structure.
- Finds satisfaction in enabling others and takes pride in operations that run seamlessly.
