Operations Specialist

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!

The Role

• Act as the primary point of contact for team members during their shift, assisting them with process adherence.

• Monitor and measure workflows, track performance, and provide key shift information to management for operational excellence.

• Support and train employees to achieve high performance and oversee their daily tasks.

• Collaborate with other departments to find solutions for common problems and address needs in key performance areas.

• Utilize data analytics to identify opportunities for optimizing safety, quality, and productivity.

What You'll Need

• Advanced written and verbal proficiency in two of the following languages: German, English, Arabic.

• Experience working with and applying data analytics to identify problems.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional setting.

• Experience in stakeholder management, including building and maintaining professional relationships.

• Experience working in an operational environment such as logistics, retail, hospitality, or customer service.
