The Yarmouth Regional Hospital (YRH) is seeking a Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada certified ophthalmologist to work alongside two other comprehensive ophthalmologists, each with their own private, fee-for-service practices situated within the hospital. The hospital serves patients from Yarmouth County as well as Digby and Shelburne Counties. The position is suited to a true comprehensive ophthalmologist, providing general ophthalmic care for medical glaucoma, retina, cornea, uveitis, low vision, lids and cataracts. Interest or additional training in glaucoma and/or oculoplastics would be an asset.
