Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree required
Completion of an accredited Orthopedic Surgery Residency program
Fellowship training in Sports Medicine and/or Total Joint Surgery preferred but not required
Certification & Licensure
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
Eligible for or currently holding an unrestricted North Carolina medical license
Eligible for hospital privileges
