Paid Social Media Specialist

Your role at HFM: Campaign Execution & Optimization: Execute the day-to-day management and optimization of paid social acquisition channels. Launch, monitor, and scale performance campaigns focused on driving Leads, FTDs, CPA, ROAS, and LTV. Hands-on Platform Management: Actively manage and build campaigns inside ad platforms, including Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Telegram Ads Manager, and X Ads. Testing & Creativity: Implement testing frameworks for creatives, funnels, target audiences, bidding strategies, and landing pages. Identify new growth opportunities and emerging acquisition channels. Data, Tracking & Reporting: Analyze day-to-day campaign performance to provide actionable insights. Ensure tracking accuracy, monitor pixel implementation, and work with attribution models under the guidance of the Paid Social Media Manager. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with creative, compliance, and product teams to design high-converting assets while adhering to strict forex/CFD marketing regulations. Requirements Experience & Industry Knowledge: 2–4 years of hands-on paid social experience, with a solid understanding of the forex/CFD industry and trader acquisition funnels. Education: BSc/BA in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field. Platform Proficiency: Strong, hands-on expertise in Meta advertising, with practical experience navigating TikTok, Telegram, and X ad networks. Analytical Skills: Data-driven mindset with experience using tools like Power BI, Looker Studio, Google Analytics, and Excel to pull reports and analyze trends. Technical Setup: Practical familiarity with tracking tools, attribution setups, and analytics solutions like Google Tag Manager. Professional Attributes: Self-motivated, collaborative team player with strong communication skills and total fluency in English.
