Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Interventional Pain Physician to join our growing practice in Little Rock, Arkansas. The physician will evaluate and treat patients with acute and chronic pain conditions while providing comprehensive, patient-centered care.
This position offers an excellent opportunity for a physician with strong interventional skills who is interested in a collaborative practice environment, advanced procedures, and long-term professional growth.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate and manage patients with acute and chronic pain conditions.
Perform comprehensive medical histories, physical examinations, and clinical assessments.
Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
Perform advanced interventional pain procedures, including nerve blocks, epidural steroid injections, radiofrequency ablations, spinal injections, and other procedures within the physician’s scope of practice.
Perform advanced procedures such as spinal cord stimulation (SCS), dorsal root ganglion (DRG) stimulation, SI joint fusion, and kyphoplasty.
Order, review, and interpret appropriate diagnostic studies.
Monitor patient outcomes and modify treatment plans as clinically appropriate.
Coordinate care with primary care physicians, specialists, and other members of the healthcare team.
Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation.
Educate patients regarding diagnoses, treatment options, procedures, and pain-management strategies.
Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions and quality-improvement initiatives.
Maintain the highest standards of clinical, ethical, and compassionate patient care.
Qualifications
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
Board-certified or board-eligible in Anesthesiology, Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R), or Neurology.
Fellowship training in Pain Medicine preferred.
Demonstrated experience performing advanced interventional pain procedures.
Strong diagnostic, clinical reasoning, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and patient-relations skills.
Eligible for medical licensure in the state of Arkansas.
Unrestricted DEA registration.
J-1 and H-1B candidates are encouraged to apply.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $350,000–$450,000 annually.
Monthly Production-Based Incentive: Additional compensation based on productivity.
