West Pavilion Primary Care is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join their busy practice caring or patients of all ages. The highly diverse patient population is well cared for by a team of providers. As a member of the care team, you will join Family and Internal Medicine Physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, RN Care Managers, LMSW Social Workers, Pharmacy, and a team of highly functioning support staff. We care for patients of all ages so we can only consider Physician Assistants or Family Nurse practitioners. Experienced (2+ years) is preferred. To provide the best patient care, the office is open extended hours providing a flexible schedule. Lab, urgent care and imaging are conveniently located within the building.
