Job Description: Hai Hospitality (Uchi, Uchiko, and Uchiba) is accepting applications for an experienced Pastry Sous Chef to join the opening team at Uchi Salt Lake City! Uchi Salt Lake City is coming soon! Ahead of opening, selected candidates will temporarily relocate to one of our existing Uchi markets for paid training, with travel and lodging provided, before relocating permanently to Salt Lake City. Training may take place in markets such as Austin, Denver, Scottsdale, West Hollywood, or other Uchi locations.
