About the Role
As a PC-12 Line Pilot, you'll work alongside experienced aviation and medical professionals supporting critical healthcare operations throughout Western Australia.
Location: Ground School and initial training are conducted at our Jandakot Base in Perth. Following successful completion of training, pilots will be based in Port Hedland or Kalgoorlie for an initial regional posting of up to two years.

Working within a strong safety and governance framework, you'll collaborate closely with doctors, nurses, engineers and operational staff to deliver safe, reliable and compassionate aeromedical services.
This role offers exceptional operational variety and responsibility, providing exposure to advanced IFR operations, remote-area flying and complex decision-making in a unique aviation environment.
Your Journey
Your career with RFDS WA begins at our Jandakot Base in Perth, where you'll complete Ground School and initial training before transitioning into line operations within our regional network.
Following successful completion of training, you'll undertake an initial posting in Port Hedland or Kalgoorlie, gaining valuable experience supporting aeromedical and primary healthcare services across regional and remote Western Australia while developing your capability in one of Australia's most unique operational flying environments.
For pilots relocating from New Zealand, RFDS WA provides relocation assistance and transition support to help make your move to Western Australia as smooth as possible.
