Central Valley California – Multi-specialty group setting – Pediatrician needed

Pediatrician needed for permanent/full-time position. Candidate must be BE/BC.
Service area of 45,000+
Group has 10 physicians plus 6 APP’s and is a rural health clinic setting.
Pediatrician to join existing pediatric department.
Office schedule is Monday – Friday from 8 am – 5 pm.
Ideal candidate will be willing to cover inpatient On-Call 7 days per month (shared with 3 other providers). Light inpatient call and volumes.
If a candidate is not interested in any inpatient work they are willing to discuss a 100% outpatient position
Salary range – $275,000 DOE.
J-1 visa waiver sponsorship available with the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). No state limits or caps. Clinic pays first $10,000 of legal expenses.
Incentive pay is based on daily patient volumes.
3 weeks paid vacation, 6 paid holidays, 5 sick days, 5 CME days plus $2K annually for CME stipend. DEA and license renewals paid by clinic.
Paid malpractice plus tail coverage paid by the clinic.
Health insurance benefits including dental and vision. 401K plan.
Signing bonus of $25,000 and relocation of $10,000.
Clinic can assist in expediting the CA license process.

Located 1 hour from Modesto, CA and 1 hour and 20 minutes from San Jose, CA.
