State of Location: Connecticut Position Summary: As a Clinic Director and Investing Partner at Ivy, you'll oversee all clinic operations, support clinical and non-clinical team members, and care for patients through individualized treatment plans, while building equity in your clinic and providing exceptional patient care to your community. You'll play a central role in building trust with local medical professionals, guiding community outreach, and helping your clinic run smoothly. As a Clinic Director and Investing Partner, you’ll help shape a new clinic from the ground up—from the community and location to the team, culture, and patient experience. You’ll bring the clinical vision and local relationships. Ivy Health will bring the infrastructure, expertise , and support needed to turn that vision into a sustainable clinic. We are open to exploring locations that work for you and your local community! We want our partners to be an integral part of determining the clinic's location. Please note: this clinic does not exist yet and would be considered a start-up clinic. Help choose the market, location, service mix, and patient experience. Recruit, develop, and lead the clinic team. Build relationships with referral partners and the community. Use business and clinical information to guide responsible growth. Position Qualifications You must be a graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy program. Proof of current or pending state licensure as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Language Pathologist in respective state required as there is a treating component to this opportunity.
