About the Opportunit

Backed by leading investors and experiencing rapid revenue growth, the company is looking for a Performance Growth Marketing Lead to own and scale its paid acquisition engine

.This is a high-impact role where you'll have end-to-end ownership of growth marketing strategy, budget, experimentation, and performance across multiple paid channels

What You'll

• DoOwn the paid acquisition strategy across Paid Search, Paid Social, and emerging growth channel
• s.Drive customer acquisition while optimizing CAC, conversion rates, and revenue growt
• h.Design, execute, and scale high-impact marketing experiments across landing pages, creatives, audiences, and channel
• s.Continuously analyze campaign performance and make data-driven optimization decision
• s.Develop testing frameworks around attribution, incrementality, and channel performanc
• e.Partner closely with Product, Sales, Operations, and Creative teams to identify new growth opportunitie
• s.Lead creative testing by providing strategic direction on messaging, ad concepts, and conversion optimizatio
• n.Monitor key growth metrics and deliver actionable insights to leadershi

• For4+ years of experience managing paid acquisition in a high-growth startup or technology compa
• ny.Proven success scaling paid search and paid social campaigns while maintaining acquisition efficien
• cy.Strong analytical mindset with experience in attribution, experimentation, and performance optimizati
• on.Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, lean environment with significant ownersh
• ip.Experience managing meaningful advertising budgets and driving measurable business outcom
• es.Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on campaign executi
