In this role, based at Camberwell and Hawthorn you will be responsible for providing a high-level of administrative support to our executives. Drawing on your organisational skills and prior administrative experience, you will aid our Directors of Clinical Services in the daily running of the hospitals and the broader Division. You will work closely with the divisional executive team and work alongside other divisional and group Executive and Personal Assistants. You will make an impact by: Providing diary and inbox management. Administrative meeting support: Timely preparation of agendas, collating meeting packs, accurate minute and action taking. Drafting and formatting communications, reports and presentations. Assisting in clinical governance preparation and other back-end administrative governance functions. Rostering groups of staff, managing room bookings and reconciling financial accounts. Ad hoc administrative, project and event management. Position Description Inherent Requirements To be successful in this role… You will be a hard-working and motivated individual with a willingness to learn. You will demonstrate a positive ‘can do’ and friendly approach, exceptional communication skills both verbal and written, exceptional customer service, confidentiality and discretion, a high level of initiative and self-direction including the ability to plan, and work under pressure and meet deadlines. You will have : Comprehensive computer skills, including but not limited to advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite. Excellent time management and organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks and plan ahead. A base level familiarity of medical terminology. Prior experience in the medical sector will be highly regarded. Previous administrative experience. (must have) Experience in similar PA/EA role is highly advantageous. (would be beneficial but not req.) Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop purposeful working relationships.
