Personal Trainer

We're partnering with a fast-growing international fitness brand that is expanding its presence across the United States(New York). We're looking for passionate and motivated Personal Trainers/Fitness Coach who are eager to build a long-term career in the fitness industry.

Whether you're an experienced trainer or a fitness enthusiast looking to kick-start your career, structured training and development will be provided.

Job Duties:

• Deliver high-quality one-on-one personal training sessions.
• Build strong relationships with clients and support them in achieving their fitness goals.
• Recommend suitable training programs and fitness packages based on clients needs.
• Maintain professional coaching standards while ensuring client safety and satisfaction.
• Contribute to a positive, energetic, and team-oriented studio environment.

Job Requirements:

• Personal training certifications (NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, etc.) are advantageous but not mandatory.
• Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates with a strong interest in fitness are welcome to apply
• Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Sports Rehabilitation, Business, Marketing, or related disciplines is preferred.
• Passionate about health, fitness, and helping others.
• Welcome candidates with OPT/CPT. H-1B sponsorship assistance may be available for qualified candidates.
• Work Arrangement: Flexible appointment-based schedule. Full-time trainers are generally not required to remain in the studio during non-peak hours if there are no scheduled appointments. Part-time opportunities are also available.
