職務内容

• ブランド動画、企業コンテンツ、イベント、ポートレート等の映像および写真撮影
• 企画段階からのヴィジュアル演出のご提案
• 現場でのライティング、アングル設計、機材セットアップおよび運用

• 日本語能力試験N1レベル必須

Hiring: Full-Time Videographer / Photographer

LOBO is looking for a multi-talented, full-time Videographer / Photographer to join our team.

We are lucky to have the best corporate clients in the world, and we are committed to consistently providing them with the highest quality content. Our motto is "creating world-class content with a small team." We challenge ourselves every day to push creative boundaries while maintaining high mobility and efficiency in uniquely constrained spaces.

Responsibilities

• Shoot high-end video content and still photography (brand videos, corporate messaging, events, portraits, etc.).
• Proactively contribute visual concepts and storyboards during early planning phases.
• Handle lighting, composition, camera operation, and gear setup on location and in-studio.

Candidate Requirements

• A creative with a strategic mind
• You can deeply analyze and respect a client’s brand guidelines while pushing the envelope creatively.
• JLPT N1 level Japanese is mandatory
• Native/Fluent Japanese is essential for direct, high-level communication with our core corporate clients.
• Driven and future-oriented
• Eager to constantly learn, test new techniques, and evolve as an artist and professional.
• Honest and open-minded
• A humble team player who works hard, stays open to feedback, and enjoys the process.
